Stewards Leadership Summit 2K25

The Stewards Leadership Summit 2K25, organized by Stewards of Nations, was held from October 19–21, 2025, at Ashirwad Global Learning Centre, Ghatkesar. Out of 44 registrations, 40 participants — including youth leaders, small group leaders, and community mentors — attended. The summit brought together seven dynamic speakers who inspired participants to grow in their stewardship, disciple-making, leadership, and generosity, all under the central theme of servant leadership rooted in Scripture.

The summit opened with vibrant worship led by The Chosen Ones Group, creating an atmosphere of unity and joy.

The first devotion, “Inspired to Equip” by Pastor Swamy Das, based on 2 Timothy 3:16–17, emphasized that godly leaders are called to serve with humility and wisdom, contrasting worldly and godly leadership.

Accountability in Ministry - Mr. Peter Wiig

The participants through this session learned that accountability is biblical and relational—towards God and one another. Through practical examples, Mr. Peter Wiig highlighted that accountability develops character, humility, and trust, making it a key discipline for Christian leaders.

The second day began with worship and a devotion titled “Equip” by Pastor Swamy Das, based on 1 Peter 2:21. He shared his personal journey of transformation and reminded leaders to rely on the Spirit of God, the Word of God, and the community of believers for continual growth and effective leadership.

Introduction to Biblical Study Tools -Mr. Sarang Gan

Mr. Sarang Gan introduced the Gospel Lens and Five-Chapter Gospel frameworks to help leaders understand and apply the Scriptures correctly in daily life.

Spiritual Growth of a Servant of God - Dr. Samson Gandhi

Dr. Samson Gandhi focused on the inner life of a leader through solitude, silence, and prayer. He reminded participants that spiritual leadership begins with inward transformation.

Biblical Stewardship - Dr. Chaitanya Hepsibah

Dr. Chaitanya Hepsibah defined stewardship as faithfully managing God’s resources for eternal purposes. Participants were encouraged to lead humbly, serve faithfully, and invest eternally.

Importance of Discipleship and Disciple-Making - Mr. Prem Das

Mr. Prem Das emphasized that every leader must first be a disciple. Using 2 Timothy 2:2, he taught that multiplication through intentional mentoring is the key to lasting ministry impact.

The evening included small group prayer and fellowship, strengthening unity and accountability among participants.

The final day of the Stewards Leadership Summit began with worship and a devotion on “Multiply,” led by Pastor Swamy and Smitha Das, based on Philippians 2:7. They powerfully demonstrated servant leadership by washing the participants’ feet, reflecting Jesus’ humility and love.

God is the Greatest Giver - Dr . Eappen John

Dr. Eappen John emphasized that God is the greatest giver and that true generosity means giving freely and joyfully without expecting anything in return. He introduced the Seven Stations of Generosity as a guide to faithful living, showing that God owns everything and provides enough. Drawing from Acts 20:35 and the parable of the Good Samaritan, he highlighted that giving should flow from love, and not duty. The story from Mizoram “A Handful of Rice,” illustrated how generosity can transform communities and reflect God’s heart in action.

Eternal Perspective on Life and Treasure - Dr . Eappen John

Dr. Eappen John highlighted that true generosity comes from an eternal perspective. Earthly wealth fades, but giving towards God’s Kingdom holds lasting value. He encouraged participants to wisely use what God has given them for eternal purposes rather than storing up earthly riches. The message was illustrated through the parable of the Rich Fool and the life story of Chuck Feeney, showing that real generosity means investing in God’s Kingdom and living with an eternal mindset.

Generosity – A Faith Action - Dr . Eappen John

Dr. Eappen John taught that generosity flows from faith, and not abundance. He shared real-life stories, including that of Pastor Harrington from Uganda, and other believers who gave faithfully even in times of scarcity. The session emphasized that giving is an act of trust and obedience to God. Participants were encouraged to overcome fear, depend on God’s provision, and experience the multiplying power of faithful giving, being reminded that God honors a cheerful and willing heart.
