Stewards Leadership Summit 2k26

We thank God for the successful completion of the Stewards Leadership Summit 2k26, held from 19th to 21st March 2026. This Three-day leadership development program brought together 25+ participants, including youth leaders, small group leaders, and few others.

The summit created a platform for spiritual growth, leadership development, and meaningful fellowship among emerging leaders.

Program Overview

The summit was conducted over three days, combining worship, devotions, interactive activities, and teaching sessions:

The summit began with worship, followed by an interactive icebreaker that helped participants build connections. A devotional on God being the starting point to our every destination rather than worldly point and seeking his Kingdom and Righteousness must be our first priority laid a strong foundation.

The session on Integrating Work & Faith helped participants understand that work is part of God’s design and should be seen as an act of worship and stewardship.

The second day focused on identity and spiritual growth. A powerful session on identity helped participants understand their identity as children of God.

  • Biblical Stewardship: Emphasizing responsibility in managing God’s resources
  • Big Picture of the Bible: Presenting Scripture as one unified story
  • Mentoring: Highlighting discipleship as a process of intentional relationships and multiplication.

These sessions challenged participants to grow spiritually and take responsibility for discipling others.

The final day focused on leadership application and practical living.

  • Servant Leadership: Leading with humility and understanding leadership styles
  • Networking: Building meaningful and godly relationships
  • Accountability: Practicing integrity, transparency, and responsibility

Participants were encouraged to apply these principles in their personal lives, workplaces, and ministries.
