🎓 Session 1: Biblical Stewardship

Purpose: Teach leaders to wisely manage God-given resources — time, talent, finances, and opportunities — with integrity and accountability.

Purpose: Equip leaders to interpret and apply God’s Word faithfully, building a strong biblical foundation for life and ministry.
🎓 Session 3: Spiritual Growth of a Servant of God
Resource Person: Dr. Samson Gandhi (Person to Person, Hyderabad)
Purpose: Strengthen the inner life of leaders through spiritual disciplines, ensuring intimacy with God before public leadership.
🎓 Session 4: Importance of Discipleship and Disciple-Making

Purpose: Inspire leaders to disciple others intentionally, multiplying leadership capacity.

Purpose: Establish and strengthen small groups as the foundation for discipleship, leadership development, and community transformation.
